story idea:
a young prince who has to decide between sybarism - dangerous drug parties and such, attempts at the sublime - and his responsibilities which include dealing with a disaffected populace and a stale parliament. The search for the sublime and the responsibilities become the same thing - the church, and issues of national faith, is also crucial. Maybe the prince loses his faith.

Could it be a novel? Or a fiction in the form of a guide for Prince William?
